- Day 1 — Flight Abidjan → San José (via Paris and Panama). Arrival on Day 2.
- Day 2 — Drive to Arenal. Hot springs in the evening.
- Day 3 — Volcano hike, La Fortuna waterfall, ziplines.
- Day 4 — Drive to Monteverde via the lake. Hanging bridges at dusk.
- Day 5 — Cloud forest at dawn, coffee tour, drive to Manuel Antonio.
- Day 6 — Manuel Antonio National Park: wildlife and beaches. Sunset over the Pacific.
- Day 7 — Flight San José → Panama City. Casco Viejo in the evening.
- Day 8 — Miraflores Locks in the morning, 4x4 to San Blas, first island.
- Day 9 — Full day in San Blas: islands, snorkelling, Guna life.
- Day 10 — Back to Panama City, flight Panama → Abidjan (via Paris).
